Content Guidelines

We are committed to producing and translating content that is ethical, inclusive and culturally respectful. To ensure alignment with our values across our team, collaborators and audiences, we enforce strict guidelines on the types of content we accept.

By submitting a request to work with us, you agree to the following content policies.


đźš« Prohibited Content

We do not accept projects that include, promote,or involve:

  • Religious content
    We do not work with religious institutions, companies, or organisations and we do not accept projects based on religious texts, themes or messaging—regardless of intent or denomination.
  • Violence, terrorism, or illegal activity
    This includes glorification or incitement of criminal acts, hate groups or physical harm.
  • Sexual or pornographic material
    We do not accept explicit content or material that is sexually suggestive, exploitative or degrading.
  • Child abuse or exploitation
    We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving or implying harm to minors.
  • Hate speech and discrimination
    We reject any material we deem to contain or support racism, misogyny, homophobia or other forms of discrimination.
  • Gambling and Lottery Services
    We do not translate or create content that promotes gambling, betting, lottery systems or similar activities—regardless of local legality.

⚠️ Restricted or Sensitive Content

Some topics may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on context, purpose and alignment with our values:

  • Health-related content
    Claims related to health, medicine or nutrition must be evidence-based and responsibly framed. We do not accept projects that promote pseudoscience or misinformation.
  • Graphic/disturbing content
    Where content contains distressing or graphic elements (e.g. in educational or advocacy materials), it must serve a clear ethical purpose and be handled with care.
  • Projects involving minors or vulnerable groups
    Must be age-appropriate, protective of privacy, and non-exploitative in tone and imagery.
